The Portuguese Kitchen
The main menu represents authentic and robust Portuguese flavours, expertly executed in true Portuguese Mediterranean style. Expect beautifully presented food to tickle all the senses. Firm favourites such as Meio Frango A Mozambicano (Peri-Peri Chicken), Dobrada (Portuguese Tripe), Espatadas (Traditional Kebabs), Camarão Grelhado (Prawns) and Coelho á Caçador (Rabbit Stew) are standard items on the menu, with fresh items added seasonally.
Breakfast is served from 09:00 to 11:00 on weekends only. Choose from traditional breakfasts to healthy alternatives and breakfast BubbleBreads.
The Wood-Fire Kitchen
As with many of the best inventions, what began as a first-time “mistake” has turned into their signature BubbleBread. The pizza oven produces mounds of wafer thin wonky BubbleBreads with generous toppings and whacky names.
A good variety of vegetarian options are available with fresh and modern taste combinations. Tuck into the Inferno with roast butternut, sweet peppers, olives, danish feta with sesame, poppy and pumpkin seeds, or have a cheese explosion with the Quatro Formaggi with mozzarella, gorgonzola, smoked provolone and pecorino.
